Vacuum Excavation Hire

High-quality  Equipment

Vacuum Excavation is the most effective way to remove unwanted debris safely.
Discuss your project
Vacuum excavation, also known as suction excavation, is the ideal solution for safely and effectively removing unwanted debris or hazardous substances after construction work has taken place.

This excavation method involves removing debris using a high-pressure vacuum truck fitted with a suction arm to remove industrial materials or hazardous substances such as heavy sludge or fly ash. The debris is then placed into a waste chamber, where it will be transported for disposal.

Choosing vacuum excavation can save manual labour costs and significantly reduce personal injury claims, providing a much safer, faster and more effective solution for removing debris.

The type of vacuum excavation truck required will depend on the material or substance that needs to be removed from the site; we typically use one of three types of excavation trucks (listed below) in any given situation to safely remove unwanted surface material from a site.

Hiring Options

The type of vacuum excavator you will need to hire will depend of the surface material you need to remove.

Ecovac

Ecovac

Tipping: A liquid ring pump with 1,800 c/f/m of suction and a 250 bar compressor to assist with discharging. It is mainly used for heavy sludge removal and solids in a liquid state, such as gravel in a slurry format.

Ecovac Combi

Ecovac Combi

Tipping: A liquid ring pump with 1,800 c/f/m of suction and a 250 bar compressor to assist with discharging, along with a 1,000 bar high-pressure pump and associated hoses and reels. These are mainly used for heavy sludge removal and solids in a liquid state, such as gravel in a slurry format. The 1,000-bar pump can operate several lances or lines simultaneously.

Cyclovac

Cyclovac

Sky Tipping: Features an interchangeable back door allowing for both dry and wet wastes to be loaded. Utilizes air displacement with cyclone technology, providing 4,700 c/f/m of suction. Can extract loose gravel, sand, fly ash, cement, or any powders with the dry back door. With the wet back door, it can perform similar tasks as the Ecovac but with much greater suctioning power.
