Robotic Hydrodemolition

Hydrodemolition Contractors

Safe, Clean and Precise Robotic Hydrodemolition.
Discuss your project
Robotic hydrodemolition delivers environmentally friendly, accurate concrete demolition while our experts and your staff remain at a safe distance.

Concrete demolition can be very dangerous. However, we minimise the danger by deploying a robot controlled by one of our operators at a safe distance. This allows us to safely demolish concrete even in the most hazardous situations.

We use the Conjet Jetframe 101 Nalta and the Aquajet 410A, which are both small but powerful hydrodemolition robots. They allow us to carry out demolition work that is too dangerous for manual hand-lance hydrodemolition.

Whichever robot is most suitable, it is placed on standard scaffolding pipes and operated by just one of our hydrodemolition experts, who will maintain a safe distance.

Our robots, tireless and consistent workers, make sure your demolition project is completed swiftly and cost-effectively.

Our robotic hydrodemolition service only uses pressurised water, so no toxic chemicals are involved during the demolition process, resulting in a safe, clean and precise demolition.

For every demolition project requiring hydrodemolition water treatment, we employ our water treatment and adjustment system. This system restores the water used in the concrete removal process to a neutral pH level of 7, preventing site contamination.

Why Robotic Hydrodemolition?

In many cases, we will favour robotic hydrodemolition as our preferred choice when removing concrete for the following reasons.

Safer & Smarter

When applicable, we will always use robotic hydrodemolition to remove concrete at a safe distance.

 Consistent & Quicker

In a lot of cases, robots can be much more consistent, quicker, and more precise than humans when removing concrete.

Larger Surfaces

In the case of demolishing large areas of concrete, it's much more effective in time & cost to deploy our hydrodemolition robot.

Robotic Hydrodemolition in Action

We use the Conjet Jetframe 101 Nalta, a small but powerful hydrodemolition robot.

We also use the Aquajet 410A, a compact but versatile robot that always gets the job done.
