Ammlee Group International was tasked with carrying out Robotic Hydrodemolition to the beam at the full depth up to the face of the Column/intersecting beam for the total area to be removed was 9m³. The client was located in Epsom Surrey and requested that the job be completed within 8 days.

Challenge

Ammlee was hired by the client to remove a concrete beam from its full depth and up to the intersecting beam. The total area of the column was 9m³. When workers need to manually demolish a beam, it can be dangerous for them and lead to conditions such as HAVS when using manual hand lance hydrodemolition tools.

Solution

Ammlee successfully demolished the beam using Robotic Hydro demolition with the Falch Multi worker at 2500 bar 22 lpm. All workers and managers remain at a safe distance while our hydrodemolition expert remotely controls the robot to complete the job.

Result

After consulting with the client and understanding their goals, Ammlee completed the project a day early and to the client’s satisfaction.
